On the Front Line

This campaign was designed especially for the national sales conference to help motivate the sales teams.

Following a restructure of the sales teams, it was critical to bring everyone together and ensure they were all on the same page. We developed the ‘On the front line’ campaign to reinforce the idea the team was united and focused on the common objective to improve health outcomes. Using sales and marketing managers as the ‘talent’ demonstrated that they too were part of the team and committed to its success.
